Adele wins OGAE Song Contest 2011 with 'Someone Like You'

Out of 26 countries which took part in this year’s OGAE Song Contest, organized by the official Eurovision fan-clubs around Europe, the United Kingdom won for the third year in a row. After Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida”, and “Heartbreak Make Me A Dancer” by Freemasons feat. Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Adele took the victory now with “Someone Like You”. The interesting fact is that four of the “Big Five” finished on top of the scoreboard – Modà from Italy came second, Malú from Spain finished third, and Zaz from France came fourth.
