United Kingdom: Eurofest is back for Easter

Good Friday at 21:00 in London

Following the near sell-out launch which raised nearly £800 for charity, the organisers of EUROFEST in London are putting the event on again on Good Fridayat the Royal Vauxhall Tavern (6th April, from 9pm to 3am).

Once again we’ll be flying the flag for europop all night long, including many tracks from European pop’s spiritual core, the Eurovision Song Contest. And quite a lot of it won’t be Swedish. DJ Dave Simmons, the UK’s leading Eurovision DJ, and DJ Don Grant bring their 20 years’ experience of playing all things European. From ABBA to Whigfield to Alphabeat, from Sonia to Lena to Cascada, from Linda Bengtzing to Steps to Robyn, from Inna to Eric Saade to Sash!, Eurofest is the place to come and dance, sing along and be taken to your heaven. This event’s music will include highlights from this year’sEurovision selections and national finals.

This event’s live act, at around midnight, will be none other than former entrant Nicki French. who represented the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2000 with “Don’t Play That Song Again”.
