Bulgaria: OGAE’s first club to vote

As the road to Baku goes on and the atmosphere keeps heating up, all different OGAE branches will start giving out their points and we’ll have a better picture of how the fans see the contest’s outcome this year. Bulgaria has been the first club to make their scoreboard public, which gives betting houses favourite, Sweden’s Loreen, her first set of 12 points.
