Netherlands: TROS considering Anouk after all?

A little over a week after declaring that they would be proceeding with a national final, ignoring the efforts of Dutch superstar Anouk once more, TROS director Peter Kuipers has declared that he might be changing his mind.

In an article published on the online portion of Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad, Kuipers has said that he is prepared to “have a conversation with Anouk” about possible participation in Malmö.

The 37 year old songstress who is one of the biggest stars in her homeland had previously stated that she would like to represent The Netherlands at the Eurovision song contest on several occasions and that she had a ‘killer song’ lined up for a potential Malmö selection.
