France: A new album from Patricia Kaas

The participant that represented France in the 2009 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, Patricia Kaas, is set to release her next album on 5th November 2012. ‘Kaas chante Piaf’ will be a tribute album to the great French singer Edith Piaf. Patricia will be revisiting Edith’s greatest hits in order to commemorate 50 years since her death. A tour in aid to promote this album is expected to start from this coming November and continuing through spring 2013.

Patrica had the honour to represent her native country in the Eurovision Song Contest which was held in Moscow with her song ‘Et s’il fallait le faire’. After a bad streak of poor results for France, Patricia ended the night with 107 points placing France in 8th position.

‘Kaas chante Piaf’ will consist of 16 tracks which are:
