Iceland: Greta Salóme releases new single

Greta Salóme, who represented Iceland in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest together with Jónsi, has released a new single. This time without Jónsi, Greta goes for success with a composition of her own.

Greta’s new song is called Everywhere Around Me. The song is quite different from her Eurovision ballad Never Forget. It can be described as a haunting song with an up tempo beat, yet it remains to keep a mysterious tune.
The song was produced by Þorvaldur Bjarni Þorvaldsson. Both lyrics and music were written by Greta Salóme herself. Greta recently also got her music master’s degree, after getting her degree, she started working on her new song
