Estonia: Eesti Laul full voting results announced
ERR has revealed the full voting results from Eesti Laul 2013, which shows that this has been one of the hardest years of all for Estonia to decide on a winner, and also shows the vastly different opinions between the juries used in each show. The results and a small analysis are below.
Semi-Final 1:

The public and Jury were largely in agreement here with only televoting 6th Rosanna Lints missing out on a spot in the finals due to jury votes.

This is by far the most divisive Eesti Laul semi-final result we have ever seen with only three points separating first and last place and five songs on equal placings. As you can see, in the case of a tie, the televoting favourite takes the priority. Interestingly both the favourite of the juries and the favourite of the televoters received the bottom mark by the other, and eventual winner Birgit Õigemeel only just qualified, receiving only 2 points from the Jury.

In the final with the different jury panel, the top 4 and bottom 4 were largely in agreement with each other, while the jury and televote disagreed on Põhja-Tallinn and Liisi Koikson & Söörömöö. Once again there was a tie between Grete Paia, Winny Puhh and Kõrsikud, in which the televoting favourite Grete Paia made it through to the superfinal.
Superfinal:

And as we can see here, despite not winning the televote in any other part of Eesti Laul, Birgit narrowly edged out Grete Paia to finally take the Eesti Laul victory for the first time. This also marks the first time that the winning performer in Eesti Laul has taken part previously in an Estonian national final (taking part in 08 and 12), as well as the first time a singer has won performing 7th in the show.
