What’s next for the United Kingdom?

Update the references
Tim Moore in 2005 has interviewed all the nul pointers for a book. Needless to say, he had the opportunity to present the Jemini version of the 2003 fiasco.
What they felt was that the BBC was still playing by the rules of the 90s. And after the 2015 edition it feels like the BBC is still 10 years behind. How is that possible, being the United Kingdom the country of pop music?
We don’t know. But still, when the song was presented as “edgy” no one imagined it was going to be a three minutes gimmick; one of those gimmicks that usually populated the contest in the 00s. So: instead of going for something gimmick-y or edgy (whatever this means for the BBC production), let’s go for something that someone would easily find in the Radio1 Top 40, shall we?

Next step: trying to imitate the old winners to get a new podium?
