The list of artists being welcomed to Café de Paris for the London Eurovision Party just keep on growing, and today we are very excited to announced that this year’s Latvian representative Justs will be performing on April 17! And that’s not all…

Justs / Latvia - London Eurovision Party 2016

Joining Justs on the line-up will also be the singer/songwriter of last year’s Latvian entry and the songwriter of this year’s, none other than Aminata!

Aminata / Latvia 2015 - London Eurovision Party 2016

Aminata was born in 1993 and after successes in many Latvian singing competitions, she entered Dziesma 2014 where she finished fifth with her song, ‘I Can Breathe.’ It was the following year however when she took Latvia and the rest of Europe by storm when she won Supernova 2015 with her self-penned song ‘Love Injected’ and brought Latvia back to the Eurovision final after a long absence, eventually finishing a highly respectable 6th place.

She made her return to Supernova this year as a songwriter of ‘Heartbeat’ which is performed by the other addition to the London line-up, Justs.

She makes her return to the London Eurovision Party after giving us one of the highlights of the show last year, which you can see below, and even had some very kind words to say about her time in London which you can see here!

Justs was born in Kekeva in 1995 and made his debut in Supernova 2016 with ‘Heartbeat’ which was a favourite from the outset, and after very comfortably making it through each stage of the competition, the Latvian public chose him as their representative. The song is very highly regarded, with betting odds and fan polls placing it as one of the favourites.

The London Eurovision Party is delighted to welcome Justs to the event, and also to welcome back Aminata after her triumphant performance in Café de Paris last year.
