On 9th April, escXtra.com was lucky enough to catch up with some of the Eurovision 2016 participants in the Dutch capital of Amsterdam. We brought you our interviews with Poli Genova and Kaliopi earlier, and here’s our third one: We caught up with Italy’s Francesca Michielin!
Francesca’s Eurovision story is quite an unusual one. She didn’t win the Festival di Sanremo this year, but because Stadio, the winners, declined the opportunity of Eurovision, RAI asked this 21 year old to fly their flag in Stockholm. We spoke to her about Sanremo, changing her song a little and her expectations for Stockholm. Check it out below!
