Georgia has officially confirmed its participation in the Junior Eurovision 2016, as a call for songs has been made.

Georgian Public Broadcaster has launched a national selection procedure to choose the Georgian representative at the next Junior Eurovision. GPB has made an open call for songs to compete in a national final. The window for submissions is open until midnight on September 25th. The date of the selection final has not yet been announced by the Georgian broadcaster.

Soloists aged 10 to 15 from across Georgia can take part in the National Contest. The singers are asked to send in their songs, a photo, and a CV.  The winner of the national selection will represent Georgia at the 14th Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta.
