Take a chance on Robin's latest release!

Another week is over and the latest hits from New Music Friday are ready for your playlist. Sweden’s Robin Bengtsson is back and ready to shine with latest single, ‘Dancing With The Stars’.

Dancing With The Stars

Not long ago Robin Bengtsson revealed his love for One Tree Hill and his cover of ‘I Don’t Wanna Be.’ Now Robin is back and releasing the follow up to his latest Melodifestivalen comeback. No, Robin is not about to strut his stuff for the famed glitterball trophy! Besides, he already did that last year and finished in 5th place. Instead he’s dropping new single ‘Dancing With The Stars’.

The latest track from Robin is a collaboration with Jenson Vaughan and Moh Denebi. Jenson is a famous Dance producer, who has worked with the likes of Britney Spears and Madonna. Meanwhile Moh famously worked with Loreen on her debut Melodifestivalen entry ‘My Heart Is Refusing Me.’ The song speaks to anyone with those out of this world feelings of love. With it’s gentle mid-tempo pacing and subtle electronic beats dancing along the guitar melody.

Robin Bengtsson in the Eurovision Song Contest

Robin became known to Eurovision back in 2016 when he first participated in Melodifestivalen with his track ‘Constellation Prize‘. After giving a great performance he managed to achieve fifth place. A year later, he returned to Melodifestivalen and won. Robin collaborated with 2013 Swedish participant Robin Stjernberg with the smooth, treadmill bop, ‘I Can’t Go On’, which placed fifth in Kyiv. Earlier this year, three years after his Melodifestivalen win, he returned to the contest with his song, ‘Take A Chance’, where he placed eighth.
