Lithuanian national broadcaster has delayed the National Final date from the initially planned February 15th. High ratings were noted as the main reason for such delay. Most of the success is credited to the artists taking part as most of them are well-known to the local public. “We do not have the definite date”, the producer of the show Laura Paukštė says, “the programming for the upcoming months is still under discussion”. The steady rise in ratings of the show has resulted in over 150,000 viewers for the last show which is an unusual high number of audience for LRT.
