In a second chance round, Belgium has completed the line-up for their semifinals. Eight acts had to prove themselves once again. Four of them qualified for the semifinals.
The result was determined on 50% jury and 50% televoting. The total ranking of tonight can be found below, with the qualifiers in bold:

- Mr. Jones

Next week, the first semifinal of Eurosong 2014 will take place. The first acts will then perform their song for Copenhagen. Guests will be Katrina Leskanich (United Kingdom 1997) and Kate Ryan (Belgium 2006).
