The Eurovision in Concert promo event will take place in 2016. The organisers of the event have announced that it will once again take place in Amsterdam, in the Melkweg on 9 April 2016.
The hosts of the event are Cornald Maas, the Dutch commentator for the Eurovision Song Contest and one of the Icelandic fan favourites, Hera Björk. Björk represented her country back in 2010 with Je Ne Sais Quoi. She was also a backing vocal for Maria Olafs in Vienna this year.
Tickets for the event will cost €35,00. These tickets will go on sale on 4 January 2016. 2016 will be the eighth edition of the event, which usually attracts fans from all over Europe as well as over twenty delegations and artists taking part in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest. The Cypriot act, Minus One, have already expressed their intention of attending the Amsterdam event.
