Mariko and The Shin, who were internally selected by the Georgian national broadcaster to represent them in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest, are now in Stuttgart (Germany), recording their Eurovision song in the SCB studios. Their song is called “Three minutes to Earth”.
“Three minutes to Earth” was written by Zaza Miminoshvili, one of the members of The Shin, while the lyrics of the song were written by Eugen Eliu. They describe this song as a mix of folk, modern music, country, with quotes from Bach. The musicians are keeping the natural sound of the instruments without many technical changes, to keep the music sound as a live performance.
The song will be presented in mid-March.
