The Common Linnets to sing “Calm After The Storm”

In a special press release, Dutch broadcaster AvroTros has revealed that the song The Common Linnets will sing in Copenhagen will be called Calm After The Storm. The entry in its official Eurovision version will be premiered on 13 March.
The duo, consisting of Ilse DeLange and Waylon, will premiere their entry on a Dutch talk show called De Wereld Draait Door on 12 March. They will perform an acoustic version of the song there. The actual Eurovision version of the song will be premiered the day after, on 13 March during the radio show De Gouden Uren, hosted by Daniël Dekker, former commentator of the Eurovision Song Contest.
The radio show on 13 March will be dedicated to the Eurovision Song Contest. The Common Linnets will be present to talk about the contest and their entry. The show will be broadcast from 9.00 until 12.00 CET.
The song The Common Linnets will sing, Calm After The Storm, has been written by The Common Linnets themselves, most likely in cooperation with Nashville songwriters, such as Matthew Crosby. It will be a country song as they previously announced.
