As the third country to choose its entry tonight, Portugal has chosen Suzy to represent them in Copenhagen. Her song Quero Ser Tua won Festival da Canção 2014.
The song, composed by Emanuel, who also composed Portugal’s 2007 entry Dança Comigo, managed to beat Catarina Pereira’s Mea Culpa in the superfinal. Rui Andrade traditionally came third, with Raquel Guerra and Zana being eliminated earlier on the evening.
