Armenian broadcaster ARMTV have announced that they have received a massive 87 entries to their Junior Eurovision Song Contest National Final.
The broadcaster now faces the tough task of whittling that list down before they showcase the selected few in their National Final, which was also announced today to take part on September 14th.
A spokesperson for the broadcaster today told the EBU;
“A total of 87 songs were received, and now our creative team is working to select the best ones for the national selection final”
Armenia joined the Junior Eurovision Song Contest family in 2007 and have performed very well in that time with one win, two second places and a third. Last year Monika’s ‘Choco Factory’ took Armenia to a respectable 6th place.
