Junior ticket sale delayed until September

PBS announced today that the ticket sale for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta, originally intended to commence this month, will now take place in mid-September. According to a statement from the broadcaster, this is in order to restructure the seating in the hall to accommodate the high demand for tickets to date.
It was also announced that there will be the opportunity to book block tickets for both the Junior Contest and the Maltese national final for the adult competition, which takes place the very next week.
The broadcaster had this to say:

Due to the high demand, PBS is restructuring the seating to be able to support all the requests. Consequently, PBS has decided to postpone the sale of tickets to mid-September. Travellers from abroad can still book their stay in Malta as they will be guaranteed seating.
Meanwhile, we shall soon be able to announce the final list of participating countries and of course the date when the tickets will become available online. In view of the fact that the Malta Eurovision national selection will take place just a week after the Junior Eurovision, block tickets will also be available for all the shows.

In the same vein as the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen earlier this year, the converted former shipyard in Marsa will play host to both Junior Eurovision on Saturday 15th November, and the two night Malta Eurovision Song Contest on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd November.
