Maltese broadcaster PBS, who’s hosting this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest, has announced that Moira Delia will host the contest this year. Delia is known to many as the host of multiple Maltese national finals for Eurovision.
In a video recorded for junioreurovision.tv, Delia says she’s very happy to host such a big event, which she calls the biggest on the island. Beside hosting television shows in Malta, Delia also works as a TV producer for PBS.
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place in the Malta Shipbuilding in Marsa. A total of fourteen countries have already confirmed their participation in the event, but more countries are expected to attend. The show will take place on 15 November.
