Tickets sale for the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest just kicked-off today. Tickets priced at €20 (gold) and €40 (platinum) are on sale by clicking here. This year’s junior contest is going to be held in Malta.
The island will for the very first time host a Eurovision show. Host broadcaster PBS highlighted the Junior Eurovision production as it’s top project and already received acclamation for the preparations which are underway.
The 12th annual Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place on 15th November 2014 at the Malta Shipbuilding in Marsa. So far 14 countries have confirmed their participation in the contest. Italy, Montenegro and Slovenia will debut in this year’s edition. Last week, Moira Delia was announced as the host for the show. This will be the first time in history of this contest that there will be only one host.
Malta won last year’s Junior Eurovision by Gaia Cauchi and her great interpretation of the song The Start.
