A few days ago it was announced that the 11 year-old singer Alisa Kozhikina would be flying the flag for Russia at this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
Now, you can watch the music video for the song she will sing, ‘Dreamer.’
The song is a ballad in Russian and English, written by Alisa herself along with Olga Seryabkina (a member of Serebro who represented Russia at the adult contest in 2007) and Maxim Fadeev, Alisa’s mentor who helped her to triumph in the kids’ version of ‘The Voice’ in Russia.
Alisa and ‘Dreamer’ will be the 10th Russian entry at Junior Eurovision, which they have won once before when the Tolmachevy Twins – now very familiar to viewers of the adult contest – triumphed in 2006.
