Malta 2014

Josie’s “Game Over” revealed

Croatian broadcaster held a special press conference this morning where they introduced Josie as their representative for the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta. Her song, Game Over, was also revealed.
Josie’s real name is Josephine Ida Zec. She had been announced as the Croatian representative on 3rd October. Josie was born in the United States, but grew up in Croatia. She speaks both English and Croatian fluently. Game Over is a pop song, which Josie wrote herself. The song is, as you may expect from a bilingual girl like Josie, in both English and Croatian.
Croatia’s participation in the Junior Eurovision marks a return after a seven year absence after withdrawing in 2006. The country won the first Junior Eurovision Song Contest ever in 2003, when Dino Jelušić sang Ti Si Moja Prva Ljubav to victory.
