Belarussian broadcaster BTRC have announced the submission phase and rules to select their 2015 Eurovision song.
Submission interestingly is open to all citizens of Belarus, as well as foreigners and interestingly stateless peoples as long as they live in Belarus.
Entries can be in English, Russian or Belarusian. The person responsible for submitting should clearly state whether they are the singer or author if they are not the same person, and it should also state who the other party is.

By the 5th of December BTRC will select 15 performers and 30 songs to go through to the national final which is expected to take place at the end of January.
It was also announced that Belarus are this year adopting the Maltese jury format. Seven jurors will be responsible for most of the vote with the televote effectively becoming the “eighth juror”. In case of a tie break the Jury vote will be given higher weighting.
