RTBF have just confirmed that 18 year old Loïc Nottet will represent Belgium in Vienna
Loïc Nottet was the runner up in the third series of ‘The Voice of Belgium’ and gained a growing fan base shortly after appearing on the show. His most memorable performance on the show was his cover version of Rihanna’s ‘Diamonds which can be viewed below.
The confirmation comes after strong rumours regarding his participation were published in the press this weekend.
