Three of the possible Swiss hopefuls have been presented to the public. Italian language broadcaster RSI has revealed which acts will represent them during the so-called Expert Check later this year. The three lucky ones are Deborah Bough, Elias ft. Zero in On and Vad Vuc.
The selection was made by a professional jury of three. One of the jury members was Paolo Meneguzzi, who represented Switzerland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with his song Era Stupendo. The other two members were Iris Moné (finalist of The Voice of Switzerland in 2013 and participant in the 2014 national final as part of 3ForAll) and Simone Tomassini (2004 Festival di Sanremo participant). The three selected the following three songs for the Expert Check, which you can listen to by clicking here:
- Deborah Bough – 1, 2, 3 Take Me Back To 23
- Elias ft. Zero in On – Your Perfume
- Vad Vuc – Cocktail E Fantasmi
One of these songs will be chosen to take part in the Swiss national final, which will take place on 31 January in Kreuzlingen. RTS, the francophone broadcaster and SRF, the German language broadcaster, will provide the other acts for the show.
