All is set for the opening ceremony of the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest that will kick-off in approximately one hour at Verdala Palace. The welcome reception will mark the opening of the Junior Eurovision week which will be full of fun, rehearsals and music in Malta.
Sixteen delegations will enter to the glamorous and historical palace and will be given a red carpet treatment. The welcome reception show will be hosted by Gianni Zammit and will be broadcasted live on PBS (host broadcaster). A livestream is available here or by clicking here.
