Over 200 young talents have applied to participate in the Serbian national final. The Serbian broadcaster RTS have now arranged audition dates across the country for the applicants to showcase their talents.
Vladimir Graić, one of the composers of 2007 winner “Molitva”, will write three songs for the national final. Two will be performed by acclaimed singers and the other will come through this audition process.
Talking to eurovision.tv, Graić said:
“I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of candidates, who I’ve managed to hear till this moment. Choosing the best is not going to be an easy task”
Auditions began on Monday and run until next Friday, on the following dates in these cities:
Niš, 17th of November
Zaječar, 19th of November
Kragujevac, 21st of November
Užice, 24th of November
Novi Sad, 26the of November
Belgrade, 28th of November
The winner of the Serbian national final, taking place in February 2015, will be selected by the viewers votes.
