After today’s auditions in Chișinău, 50 potential songs have been narrowed down to 24. These remaining songs will battle it out in the televised national selection, O Melodie Pentru Europa where one will be chosen as Moldova’s representative at Eurovision 2015.
Notable names in the line-up include 2010 representatives Sunstroke Project, British X Factor contestant Kitty Brucknell, and artists with considerable past experience of the Moldovan selection, such as Edict and Glam Girls. Two semi-finals will take place on 24th and 26th February, with a 16-song grand final on 28th February. The 24 remaining songs are as follows:
