Azerbaijan is the only country in Semifinal 2 with a 100% qualification record. However, since the current system was implemented in 2010, Iceland have a 100% record of qualifying whereas Latvia and the Czech Republic have never qualified under this system. Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom will broadcast and vote in Semifinal 2.
