I’ve lived in Germany for ten years, where everyone watches the Eurovision Song Contest. It’s a big night for them, probably also because they won twice. That’s why it’s interesting in two ways for me, because many of my German friends will watch it.

I’m really happy, it’s an honour for me. Together with Marta, who’s really experienced, we’ll do the best we can for the Czech Republic. It’s not a big tradition here yet, but I’ve seen it from friends abroad. It’s almost like a national holiday for them.

The Czech broadcaster has not yet revealed when their song is going to be presented. The song was produced by Ondrej Soukup.
