Welcome to Eurovision Prediction 2021!

2020 has been a tough year for everyone. For the first time in its 64 year history, the Eurovision Song Contest was not held, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the EBU has assured that the competition will take place in 2021, no matter what.

Although the exact dates are yet to be confirmed, Albania’s Festivali i Këngës is right around the corner, thus kicking off the 2021 season. And with a new Eurovision season comes a new edition of everyone’s favourite Eurovision-related game…Eurovision Prediction 2021!

What is Eurovision Prediction?

For those of you who have never played Eurovision Prediction before, it is a game where Eurovision fans from all over the world battle it out to become the champion! All players need to do is predict which entry will win each national final that takes place during the 2021 Eurovision season.

At the end of the season, the player with the most points takes the victory and becomes Eurovision Prediction Champion! We will once again award a special prize to our 2021 winner. We shall reveal the official rules in the coming weeks…

Looking back at Eurovision Prediction 2020

After an unbelievably close competition this year, in which the top 50 were separated by just 25 points, the big prize went to James M. from Australia (once again!).

In 2019, James also won Eurovision Prediciton. James kindly tweeted an image of his prize which you can see below. Perhaps next year it will be YOU winning a special prize?

Stay tuned for Eurovision Prediction 2021!

As mentioned above, we shall reveal the official rules for the 2020 game in the coming weeks. As a treat for you, we can now confirm that the next Eurovision Prediction round will be the 2020 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is due to take place on the 29th November! This will be purely for fun and will not carry points over to Eurovision Prediction 2021. However, it will give new players a chance to familiarise themselves with how the game works.

From then on, it will be business as usual, as we predict the winners of the upcoming National Finals. We predict it will be Albania’s Festivali i Kënges towards the end of December. In addition to that, we may have special editions for you to take part in, so stick around.
