The country that has provided Sopho Nizharadze, Sopho Gelovani and Nina Sublatti has today officially confirmed their participation for Eurovision 2017 which is due to take place in Kiev.
Georgian National broadcaster GPB, are now the 39th country to confirm that they will be taking part in Eurovision 2017. They were represented by Nika Kocharov and the Young Georgian Lolitaz who managed to qualify to the Grand final in Stockholm this year. Ultimately Georgia finished in 20th place out of 26 countries with a total of 104 points, which included ‘douze’ points from the United Kingdom.

GPB have not released any further details about their selection process for 2017, but it will no doubt be a surprise. Something which we have come to expect from the small Caucasian nation.
