Levina to sing “Perfect Life” for Germany in Kyiv!

After a three-hour show with four rounds of voting, Germany has decided to send Levina to Kyiv with the song “Perfect Life”. 
Levina has been the favourite of the show after her very first performance of the night already. In the first round – when each of the five candidates performed a cover version of a song of their own choice – Levina performed “When We Were Young” by Adele and earned standing ovations. In the two following rounds presenting the two songs “Wildfire” and “Perfect Life” especially written for Eurovision, Levina left all of the other contestants behind. So, in the final round, the tv viewers only had to choose between her singing “Perfect Life” and “Wildfire”. Even though “Wildfire” seemed to be the favourite of the audience and the jury, “Perfect Life” was selected as the winning song with 69% of the votes.
