Serbia’s national broadcaster, RTS, has today announced its internal selection of Tijana Bogićević to represent them on the Eurovision stage this coming May in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Tijana Bogićević is no stranger to the Eurovision stage, having provided backing vocals in 2011 for Nina Radojičić’s performance of “Čaroban”.
The 36 year old also had an entry in the selection process Beojvizija 2009, “Pazi Šta Radiš“, which finished in 17th place.
This year, Serbia has employed a team of experienced songwriters some of which have had success within the Eurovision scene – Borislav Milanov, Bo Persson, Johan Alkenas and Lisa Ann-Mari Linder. Borislav Milanov was one of the co-writers of Bulgaria’s fourth placed entry “If Love Was a Crime” in 2016.
There is currently no further information on a release date for the song, nor has the broadcaster released the title of the song.
