Serbia: Teaser reveals Tijana will sing uptempo dance song ‘In Too Deep’

In the last few minutes, eurovision.tv have posted an official teaser of Serbia’s 2017 Eurovision entry. The title of the song is revealed to be In Too Deep, and will be performed by Tijana Bogićević. Tijana was revealed by RTS as Serbia’s 2017 representative last week. In addition, eurovision.tv reveal that the full entry will be unveiled “soon”.

Modern and uptempo

Alongside the title reveal, the teaser gives us a 40 second clip of the instrumental from the Serbian song. We can immediately hear that the song is uptempo and modern in its production. Give the teaser a listen below! The video comes courtesy of eurovision.tv.

In Too Deep will be performed in the first half of the second semi-final on May 11th in Kyiv. Last year, Sanja Vučić ZAA also received the same semi-final half draw and qualified for the final with Goodbye (Shelter). Therefore, Serbia will be hoping they can make it three consecutive qualifications in a row this year.

My first memory of watching the Eurovision Song Contest was back in 2001 and, over the years, my passion and enthusiasm for the contest has very much turned into an obsession. I adore music and I love geography, so this contest is a natural fit for me. If la la loving Eurovision was a crime, I'd certainly be a criminal!
