Czech Republic: Martina Bárta presents her Eurovision entry ‘My Turn’

A couple of weeks ago, ČT announced that Martina Bárta would represent the Czech Republic at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. Shortly afterwards it was revealed that her entry would be titled My Turn. A couple of days ago, Martina launched a countdown on her official website for the presentation of her Eurovision entry. After a slight delay, the time has now come!

The official audio is released

To present her song, Martina has released an official audio video for My Turn. Therefore, you can now watch the video below and listen to the 2017 Czech entry for the first time! The official music video will follow on March 11th.

Can Martina make it two in a row?

Martina will be performing in the second half of the first semi-final in Kyiv on May 9th. Last year, Gabriela Gunčíková received the exact same draw. She earned her country’s first qualification to the final with her pop ballad I Stand. Martina will be hoping to make it two in a row!

My first memory of watching the Eurovision Song Contest was back in 2001 and, over the years, my passion and enthusiasm for the contest has very much turned into an obsession. I adore music and I love geography, so this contest is a natural fit for me. If la la loving Eurovision was a crime, I'd certainly be a criminal!
