The latest artist to rehearse is Martina Bárta from Czech Republic. We have just watched her first run through of My Turn live on screen and here is our initial reaction.
Summary in a sentence
A surprisingly bright performance from Czech Republic that sounded great but is maybe mismatched with the song.
Staging
The performance begins with focus onto the LED floor as she walks out onto the stage. The backdrop has images of eyes that change into images from the music video as thesong progresses. Overall, there are lots of pinks, blues and yellows – quite unexpected for this song.
Vocals
Unfortunately the sound and visuals were out of sync here in the press centre but she sounded faultless.
Costumes
To fit with the surprisingly bright aspect of this performance, Martina was wearing a deep-cut golden metallic jumpsuit.
