The latest Eurovision winners Måneskin, who gave Italy their third Eurovision victory just under two weeks ago have got their second UK Top 40 single with “I Wanna Be Your Slave” entering the charts at Number 24.
This is one place higher than their winning song “Zitti e Buoni” who falls 8 places from Number 17 to Number 25. But to have two Top 30 singles simultaneously in the UK is an incredible achievement.
Zitti E Buoni was the first song in Italian to get into the UK Top 20 in 29 years. The last song to do that featured legendary opera singer Luciano Pavarotti for Italia 90.

Speaking to BBC Newsbeat the band spoke on their famous fans including Miley Cyrus who recently followed the bamd on social media platform, Instagram.

Victoria, who is the band’s bassist further elaborated on how the band want to stay true to themselves, here’s what she said.
We just went as ourselves without conforming to the kind of music that people think is usually played at the contest.
It proved the actual audience at home loved our music. That’s who we played for.
