Guy Sebastian, who represented Australia in the country’s Eurovision debut, has been combating chronic back and hip pain for years. Today he posted a picture on his Instagtam account, showing off a seriously fit body. In the accompanying caption he thanks his coaches for helping him become pain free.
“Huge thanks to these guys for getting me in shape and pain free from years of hip/back pain. I feel so much more functionally fit and strong and I couldn’t have done it without you. @emiliebrabonhames @chiefbrabon #menshealthtransform #mhtransformation @transformation.coach
Also to Deb from @hexeyfood for working with Em and teaching me about nutrition. “
Fighting back pain
The fitness program he followed, which his wife was also part of, was originally for a Men’s Health transformation special. However, the main focus of his recent training has been fighting the back and hip pain he’s been suffering for years.
Guy credited his transformation coaches, Chief Jim Brabon and Emily Brabon-Hames for the incredible changes in his body, but most of all for his new, pain free life. His wife, Jules, also posted on Instagram about the results they have both achieved;
”Insanely PROUD of my super hot hubby for shredding for his @menshealthau shoot today! We cannot believe how much our bodies have transformed! We feel so strong, fit and healthy. HUGEST thanks to @chiefbrabon @emiliebrabonhames for their dedication to our training and to @hexeyfood for helping us with our daily nutrition. Shout out to @underarmouraust for kitting us out too! Love you guys!! 👊🏼💪🏼😘”
Fitness journey on Instagram
Guy has always been very active, playing all kinds of sports and always running around with his sons, Hudson and Archer. He has, however, never been this fit before. Those of you who follow him on Instagram have been able to follow his journey from chronic back pain to ripped and ready, as he has been posting the occational workout pic over the past few months.
Working on new album
In addition to working on improving his health and becoming pain free, Guy is also focusing on his music. He is busy in the studio completing his next album, which is due out before Christmas.
Anyone else out there who are super impressed with the work Guy has done to improve his health? And also super excited about his new album?
