Previous Attempts
Georgia has had ten attempts to bring the Eurovision trophy to Tbilisi so far.
Entering the contest for the first time back in 2007 with the experimental “Visionary Dream” and winning over the fans, Georgia proved they are here to stay.
Their best scoring entries “Shine” and “Day After Day” both finished 9th in the finals in 2010 and 2011 consecutively.
In contrast to their best placing entries, their 2014 attempt “Three Minutes To Earth” ended up receiving only 15 points and ended dead last in It’s semi.
