After a 3-hour long show, Ukraine have picked their representative for this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Tbilisi, Georgia. Anastasiya Bahinska will sing Ne Zupyniay for Ukraine!
Ten singers from all around Ukraine took part in the Ukrainian national final in Kyiv. The competitors had previously qualified from a semi-final earlier this month, with a variety of different musical styles.
After all the acts had performed, the viewers had voted, and the juries chose their favourite, the hosts revealed the winner. Anastasiya Bahinska’s Ne zupyniay, meaning ‘Do not stop’ will represent Ukraine in this year’s Junior Eurovision.
The national final
Ukraine selected their winnerusing a 50/50 combination of televoting and jury voting. The jury of musical professionals included: Vadym Lysytsya, Svitlana Tarabarova, Iryna Shvaydak, EL Kravchuk, and ROZHDEN.
The audience at the national final was made up of children from across Ukraine, proportional to the population of each oblast. So, the audience was a real representation of all of Ukraine!

- Fedir Sklyarenko – Davaye, spivaye
- Daryna Halitska – Yangoli
- Sofia Shkidchenko – Yodeley
- Nina Boykova – Dream is Near
