LISTEN: Guy Sebastian releases High On Me

Guy Sebastian has released his new single ‘High On Me’ which is the first single from his upcoming album ‘Conscious’ which will be released on October 27.

“It’s a  soulful song about chilling the hell out”

In his Facebook page, he mentioned about going so hard in his career and working hard and that you sometimes need to take the time to stop and taking life in with the ones you love. He mentioned he was fond of the lyric:

“Come waste some time with me, Nothing is all we need”

Back to Music and Touring

After releasing High On Me, Guy Sebastian also announced that he is also embarking on a tour in November.
The Conscious Tour will take place in November and will take him all over Australia. In addition to his Conscious Tour, Guy will also be a support act for Shane Fillian’s ‘Love Always Tour’ which will see Guy perform all around the UK and Ireland.
In an interview, Guy has mentioned that his upcoming tour will be his most challenging yet, explaining:

“It will be a reasonably stripped-back tour and a bit of a creative set-up, a little bit of electronic triggering but still a pretty rad live band,” Sebastian told Confidential.

“This album is probably going to be the most challenging of my albums to recreate live just because there is quite a bit of production in it and working out how to translate that live.”

Guy Sebastian at Eurovision

Guy Sebastian made history as he became Australia’s first entrant. He sang his song ‘Tonight Again’ in the Grand Final of the competition, in which he managed to achieve a respectable 5th Place.

Guy Sebastian said in interviews that he wanted to win so that Australia could participate the year after. Despite not achieving his original goal, Australia is still competing in Eurovision Song Contest 2 years on.

I started watching Eurovision ever since I moved to the UK in 2006, obsessed since 2012 and haven't looked back since.
