Yesterday two Eurovision stars celebrated their birthdays! Today one of the “Big 5” artist has a birthday. That is a person from France! Do you know who it is? To add another clue, she performed two years ago at Eurovision. The birthday girl is Lisa Angell!

Lisa was picked by France 2 to reprecent them and France at Eurovision 2015 in Vienna. During the contest she perfomed a song that was written for her in 2014. The name of the song is “N’oubliez pas”, meaning “Don’t forget”. The auther, Robert Goldman, was inspired by the Armistice Day. This day is celebration of the end of the First World War.
However the song was not so memorable and ended up in 25th place out of 27.
Despite these results, we at EscXtra remember Lisa’s good performance, and wish her a sweet happy birthday!
