FO&O go on a hiatus

The Melodifestivalen boy band have confirmed on Twitter that they are taking a hiatus in order to pursue solo projects.

Earlier this week, Swedish tabloids have been reporting that FO&O have split up. This has caused confusion, as the boys themselves have not mentioned anything about splitting up.has caused some criticism from fans and the boys themselves.

Omar has said on his twitter:

He mentioned that a disrespectful and unprofessional journalist rang him privately asking him questions at ten in the evening.
However, despite the misunderstandings of the Swedish press earlier this week, Oscar tweeted to reassure FO&O fans.

Still FO&O. But we will do solo projects as well. All good.

FO&O at Melodifestivalen

FO&O participated in Melodifestivalen with their song ‘Gotta Thing About You’

When the boy band participated in their Semi-Final they did not receive enough votes to get through to the final. They qualified for the Grand Final through Andra Chansen and won their duel against De Vet Du and their song ‘Roadtrip’.
On the Finalen of Melodifestivalen, the boys managed to give an energetic performance. When the results came in, they managed to achieve eleventh place.
