Lyrics:
Whisper
We were asking in a whisper
“What’s next? What will happen next?”
In a whisper, I don’t want to scream
That we will forget each other
In a whisper, in a whisper
We were asking “What next? What will happen next?”
In a whisper, I don’t want to scream
That we are different people
Coffee and alcohol can’t erase the pain
Only aromas of your perfume can
If only love could speak
It would whisper contented words
In this silence the essence disappears
Are you silent? Or am I silent?
Are you in me? Or is it quicksilver?
I just want to whisper to you so much
We were asking in a whisper
“What’s next? What will happen next?”
In a whisper, I don’t want to scream
That we will forget each other
In a whisper, in a whisper
We were asking “What next? What will happen next?”
In a whisper, I don’t want to scream
That we are different people
Thoughts crumble like sand
The clock pointers divide us
Silence saves us from unnecessary words
But the price of salvation flows from the eyes
I can’t return the whisper of your lips
If so, I’ll record in cycles
Are you in me? Or is it poison?
Or is it that I ask you so
