Lithuania’s National Broadcaster (LRT) reveals more details regarding the 2018 edition of one of the longest national selections – Eurovizijos.
Interested artists can submit their bid for Eurovizijos 2018 until the 1st of December. In addition to that, LRT doesn’t limit the contest to solo performers only. Which would mean we can see another duo or a group representing the beautiful Baltic country.

More information regarding the application process can be found here. Interestingly enough, the submission process is opened to foreign talent in the form of composers and producers. The artist though, has to be a Lithuanian citizen.
The winner of Eurovizijos will be determined through a combination of jury and public vote, applying the 12 point Eurovision system.
Lithuania at Eurovision
The beautiful Baltic country starts its Eurovision journey in 1994. Ever since their debut, Lithuania has taken part in the contest 18 times achieving its best result in 2006 with LT United’s “We Are The Winners“.
Last years effort with Fusedmarc and their “Rain Of Revolution” broke Lithuania’s qualification streak, finishing 17th out of 18 competing song.
