Three Eurovision artist celebrated their birthday yesterday, on October 29th. However, today there is only one Eurovision birthday girl to congratulate. She was 32 years old when she representedย Bosnia and Herzegovina.ย Majaย Tatiฤ has her birthday today.
Maja Tatiฤ, 47
Bosnia and Hezegovina selected Maja to compete for them in Eurovision Song Contest in 2002. On stage in Tallinn she performed her song “Na jastuku za dvoje”. The song received a total of 33 points, resulting in it placing 13th out of 24 participating countries. The song is also know among the Eurovision fans as “Fairtales About Love”. The reason for this is that Maja performed the second half of the song in English, and the chorus started with those words. By way of contrast, the original version of the song was performed entirely in Bosnian.
