Yesterday on 23rd of November a Eurovision winner had a birthday. However the Eurovisio birthday boy of today was not as successful. Because he ended on the the other side of the scoreboard. It was Finland’s fifth entry at Eurovision. Viktor Klimenko has a birthday today.

Finland selected Klimenko to reprecent them at Eurovision in 1965, which was held in Naples, Italy. Viktor was just young when his parents moved to Finland. He sang the song “Aurinko laskee länteen” or “The sun sets in the west”. Unfortunately the song did not charm the juries enough, since he got no points at the contest.
